Aids Candlelight Memorial at the New Apostolic church, Saxonsea in Grosvenor Avenue (opposite Grosvenor Primary). Theme of the day: “Let’s end Aids together”. HIV, high blood pressure and diabetes testing and TB screen stations will be open from 13:00. Email MichelleC@tbhivcare.org.

Robinvale Spurs will host the Miss Robinvale Spurs at the Silverstream Hotel at 19:30. Toddlers between 3 and 6 years of age can enter as well as moms of all ages. There will be no entry fee. Contact Leazle de Villiers on 072 454 2362.

Mamre Athletic Club will host a 21,1 km road race and 5 km fun run/walk at Mamre Primary School. Races will commence at 08:00 and entry fees are as follows: 21,1 km: licensed athlete X R90; unlicensed athlete X R140; 5 km fun run/walk X R20; and masters 70: free.

Saxon United Netball Club will host a modelling show at Club Jose’s at 19:00. Entry fee is R30 per person.
